Today's experience was very pleasant. We had arranged to view the watch before hand via email correspondence and Yuki provided excellent and responsive communication despite the language barrier.

Upon viewing the watch in person Yuki provided a very pleasant and warming experience. The watch marks and important career milestone and the story and journey of purchasing the watch will be remembered. I would recommend visiting Yuki for your next watch!
