Walked in while visiting Kyoto. I saw another review mentioning pieces specific to Japan, so I asked about those when I walked in. Ended up getting one for me and one for my wife. Couldn’t be happier with the help we received while there. Excellent team at Breitling Kyoto location.

I had first-class service at Kyoto at the Breitung Store.
Mr. Jun Kobayashi and Haruka Ono were very knowledgeable andpatient.
Best service ever!

Had a lovely experience here looking at the watches and ended up purchasing a Breitling Superocean Heritage B31 Automatic 44. The watch itself is fantastic, but what really made the experience special was the exceptional customer service.
I would especially like to thank Haruka for her outstanding service throughout the entire process. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different models in detail, and made me feel comfortable without ever being pushy. Her passion for the watches and attention to detail truly stood out.
Purchasing a luxury watch is a memorable occasion, and Haruka made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Thanks to her kindness and expertise, I left feeling confident in my choice and very happy with my purchase.
