Had a lovely experience here looking at the watches and ended up purchasing a Breitling Superocean Heritage B31 Automatic 44. The watch itself is fantastic, but what really made the experience special was the exceptional customer service.
I would especially like to thank Haruka for her outstanding service throughout the entire process. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different models in detail, and made me feel comfortable without ever being pushy. Her passion for the watches and attention to detail truly stood out.
Purchasing a luxury watch is a memorable occasion, and Haruka made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Thanks to her kindness and expertise, I left feeling confident in my choice and very happy with my purchase.

The service here was outstanding.They were able to helpme through selecting a watch while I was helping a friend buy. They were so patient and knowledgeable. I highly reccomend this Breitling location to anyone traveling to Japan.

Randomly walked into the Breitling store while visiting Kyoto Japan. Absolutely wonderful staff, my wife ended up walking out with an exclusive Japan edition Breitling watch. We were helped by Haruka and she was so attentive and helpful. We were wine and dined with champagne and had an absolute fantastic experience, buying a new watch.
